Case in point is this IRS auction that is coming up on the 15th of next month, whoch is attempting to sell the domain name Doctortalk.com. Don't get us wrong, the website is decently designed, but the IRS has an asking price of $280,000! Talk about overpriced! Okay, the asking price is based a private appraisal of double that price. But in our opinioin this appraisal is seriously misguided.
