'Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking.' - W.B. Yeats

This next auction is for a collection of works edited by the great W.B. Yeats. The collection includes approx. 50 selections on about 350 pages. Just a few of the titles are "Paddy Corcoran's Wife", "The Brewery of Egg-shells" "The Banshee of the MacCarthys", "A Queen's County Witch" and "The Enchantment of Gearoidh Iarla". This collection of ancient Irish tales and short stories is uncommon and dates to the late 1800s. This book was dated by the publisher in Fall of 1923. It was published by Boni and Liveright in New York. The hard bound cover is in fair condition and has a plastic protector over a cover designed by Betsy Kelly. Most pages are in good condition but a couple have some frayed edges. All pages are attached and readable. The current bid for this book is only $4 with 9 days left to bid. Click here to register.
