  1987 Champion Modular Building: 20 Years and Still Looking Good!

Right now, currently up for online auction is this 1987 Champion Modular building, S/N 23-8-119-2049. This building measures 56 feet and is a single wide trailer. It's exact dimensions are 13.5 feet x 56, and is 756 square feet inside. It's one story, there is no attic, and it's hitch axles have been removed. It has vinyl skirting, a single roof, single pane windows, vinyl floors, and the interior walls are paneled. The home is in great condition and has been very well maintained.
