Have You Ever Wanted a Commercial Property in Minnesota!?

Check out this upcoming auction for a commercial property in St. Paul, Minnesota. This property is a storefront that you could turn into a very lucrative business. This is a high traffic area of Minnesota and if you play your cards right you could end up making a substantial amount of money with this prime piece of real estate. The auction wont be held for another month but it would be better for you if you looked into it or if you know anyone in the St. Paul area who is looking to start their own business. The opening bid is a bit over 200k but that's a small price to pay for what could be a very good business venture. You can find out more about this and other government auctions by clicking here.

2 Commercial Buildings With a Shared Lot In Corpus Christi Texas!

Check out this auction for not one but two adjacent commercial properties with a shared parking lot in Corpus Christi, Texas. These buildings were once real estate offices, but were seized by the government. Now they are up for grabs in this June auction. The minimum bid is $53,611 and for a big lot like this, that is a great price. You would be hard pressed to find that going price for anything like this in the United States. When you win the auction you can make these offices into anything you want, probably even living spaces. The shared parking lot is clutch too because you will always have a parking spot. You can find out more about this seized property and other items once you click here.
