Deficiencies are thought to but may not be limited to the following: Turn signals, headlights, inside lights, tag lights and dash panel lights, emergency flashers, red lights and cargo lights are not operational. Reason unknown. The scene lights are removed from the tower and wires have been cut. The electrical generator does not work and there is no power to any of the receptacles. Air conditioner is not operational. Engine alternator is not charging. The engine smokes and runs rough. The front drive line mid shaft bearing appears to be damaged (visual inspection).
